Suga Manpower Consultancy is located at 554 Nagarbhavi on the White Feild Road. We spend our days talking to people looking for work and companies looking for help. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls. Our office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a water cooler. We’ve been in Nagarbhavi for a good while. The road outside is always busy with people commuting, so there’s always something going on. We don't use any fancy HR software that claims to do everything. We just talk to people and see if they are a good fit for the jobs we have. It’s a lot of listening, really. Sometimes it’s hard when we can’t find a spot for someone, but we try our best. We aren't a big agency with a high-rise office. We’re just local people who know how the job market works around here. We keep our files organized and our door open for anyone who wants to drop by. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just keep it real and tell them what the situation is. It’s a practical business. We enjoy seeing people get hired and start something new.
