Sudipto Placements

I started Sudipto Placements because I saw so many people struggling to find work. Our office is at 13 Malleshwaram, right on the Mumbai Pune Highway in Vistar Enclave. It’s a noisy spot because of all the trucks and cars zooming by on the highway all day long. Sometimes I have to close the windows just to hear what people are saying during an interview. We aren't a massive corporate recruiter with thousands of employees. It’s mostly just me and a couple of assistants looking through resumes and making calls. We spend a lot of time on the computer, which can be pretty tiring for the eyes. The Vistar Enclave area is growing, so there are always new people coming in asking if we have any openings. We try to help, but we can't always find a job for everyone. It’s a tough business because people get disappointed when things don't work out. We don’t promise anyone a dream job, just try to match them with what's actually available. The commute to the office can be a bit much because of the highway traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep some tea and biscuits for anyone who comes in for a chat. It’s a simple setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper files that we really should organize better one of these days. It takes a lot of patience to do this work every morning.
