Success Human Resource Solutions

We set up Success Human Resource Solutions at 22 BTM Layout, 2nd Stage. If you know where the Infosys BPO is, we are right across the street from them. It is a small office, mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We help people find jobs and help companies find workers, which sounds easy but it is actually a lot of phone calls. Most days involve looking through stacks of resumes and talking to people about what they can do. We don't have a big waiting room or fancy coffee machines. It is just a practical space where we get things sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people come in for interviews at the same time. We try to keep things moving. The neighborhood is always busy since there are so many offices around here. Parking can be a nightmare sometimes, to be honest. We have been here for a few years now and have gotten to know the local area quite well. It is just work for us, making sure someone gets a paycheck and a company gets the help they need. We aren’t some huge corporation with branches everywhere. Just a small team trying to keep up with the emails. We like the location because it is central, even if the noise from the street never really stops. We are usually here late on weekdays catching up on all the files we didn't finish.
