Sublime

Sublime has been running out of two spots, really. One's over on Vittal Mallya Road at 8th Cross, and then we have the space in Kempegowda Industrial Area 801. It’s a bit of a back-and-forth between the two for most of the team. The industrial side is where all the heavy lifting happens, while the other spot is a bit more for the day-to-day meetings. It’s not a flashy setup. We have a lot of equipment that needs constant maintenance and a team that knows how to handle it. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and figuring out the schedule for the next week. Other days, everything happens at once and it’s a bit of a scramble. We don't have a big philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The industrial area can be pretty dusty and loud, so we’re used to the grit and the noise. It’s just how it is. People know where to find us if they need something done. We don't spend much on advertising because the work usually keeps us busy enough through word of mouth. It's a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep the machines running and the paperwork filed.
