Style

It’s been quite some time since we set up Style here in Gandhi Nagar. If you know the Backbay Reclamation area, we are at 16/A. Most days start early because the traffic around here gets busy pretty fast. We just wanted to have a place where people could find what they needed without a lot of fuss. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Sometimes the door sticks when it rains, but we've gotten used to that little quirk. Neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather. We try to keep things organized on the shelves, though by Tuesday it usually looks like a bit of a mess again. It's just a regular local spot. You might miss the sign if you aren't looking closely. We don't have those big bright flashing lights or anything like that. It's just a simple door and a counter. Working here in this part of the city means meeting all sorts of people. Some are in a big hurry, others have time to chat for ten minutes about nothing in particular. We just do our thing and hope it helps someone out. It’s a quiet life mostly. Gandhi Nagar has changed over the years, with more buildings going up, but our little corner at 16/A stays pretty much the same. We like it that way. No big corporate rules here, just us showing up and doing the work every day.
