Steering Jobs

If you find yourself in Koramangala, specifically around the National Games Village, you might come across us at Steering Jobs. We are tucked away in C-609 of the Kumaradhara Block. Bangalore is a city that never really stops looking for talent, and being right here in the heart of it means we see a lot of people coming and going. We started this because we noticed how many folks were struggling to find the right path in their careers. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a place with some desks, computers, and a lot of resumes piled up. We spend our hours talking to candidates and trying to figure out where they might fit best. It is a lot of listening and a lot of typing. Since we are in the National Games Village, there is always some activity happening outside our windows, which keeps things interesting. We are not trying to change the world or anything; we just want to help people get into a steady job. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing, and other times it is quiet enough to actually hear the traffic on the main road. We do not use a lot of fancy software to do our work; it is mostly just common sense and knowing the local market. It is a plain, honest way to earn a living while helping others do the same in this big, busy city. We take it one candidate at a time.
