Our office is a straightforward setup where we help people figure out their next move in their work life. We deal with all sorts of job openings and candidates. Some people come in looking for their first job, and others are looking to change careers after twenty years. We listen to what they want and then look through our lists. It’s a lot of matching things up and hoping for the best. We don't promise anything we can't do. The space we have is functional. There are desks, chairs, and usually a few piles of paper that need sorting. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons doing interviews. It gets pretty loud sometimes when the phones are all ringing at once. Marathahalli has changed a lot since we first got here, but we’re still in the same spot at number 14.
