Steelmann Co

Steelmann Co is basically just us working with metal all day here in Vijaya Nagar. We have been on 18th Cross for quite a while now. Most mornings start early because the noise from the machines can get pretty loud once we get going on K C Reddy Road. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of steel parts, welding things together, and cutting beams to size for whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s a big order for a building, other times it’s just someone needing a small bracket fixed. The shop floor is usually covered in scrap and dust, but that is how it goes when you are working with heavy iron. We try to keep things moving so the piles don't get too high. It gets hot inside during the summer months, especially near the torches, but we are used to it by now. People around here know the building, it’s number 1580. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk tucked in the corner where the paperwork sits. Mostly, we are out back dealing with the inventory or helping load up a truck. If you come by, you'll probably see us in our greased-up clothes just getting through the day's list of jobs. It is straightforward work, nothing too complicated, just making sure the steel is cut right and the welds hold up like they are supposed to.
