Steel Serve

We've been at 102 Pragathi Enclave for a while now. It's right on J Pnagar 3rd Road, pretty close to Film Colony. Steel Serve isn't a huge place, but we keep busy. Dealing with steel takes a lot of time and heavy lifting, so we’re usually out in the back or on calls. Sometimes the traffic near the colony gets a bit much, but we make it work. Most people around here know us as the local spot for whatever steel needs pop up. It’s mostly just us doing the day-to-day work, keeping things moving. We aren't fancy. There’s no big glass office or anything like that, just a desk and the materials. If you walk past the enclave, you'll see where we are. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It used to be quieter, but now there's more shops and people moving through. We stay focused on what needs doing for the day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We try to handle things as they come and don't make a big fuss about it. Usually, it's just about getting the measurements right and making sure the load is ready to go. The mornings are usually the busiest time when the trucks come in. We have to clear some space on the road sometimes. It's a bit of a juggle, but that's part of the job in this part of town. If we aren't at the desk, we're likely checking on something in the back.
