Steel Lines

Our shop is at number 81 on Lubbey Masjid Street, right opposite the Commercial Police Station. If you know Commercial Street, you know how crowded and narrow these lanes can get. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of history. We’ve been operating from this small space for a long time. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the items we keep in stock, but we’ve learned how to use every inch of the walls and floor. Being near the police station means there’s always something happening outside our door. We get a mix of people coming in—some are locals who have lived here for decades, and others are just passing through the market. The shop doesn't have much in the way of decoration. It’s mostly just shelves and the counter where we talk to customers. We handle different types of metal lines and related products. Sometimes the street gets so packed with shoppers that it’s hard to even get a small delivery van close to the door. We just carry things by hand when we have to. It’s a lively place to work, even if it’s noisy and cramped. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all just get on with our business. It’s a simple operation, really. We open up, serve whoever walks in, and close when the market thins out at night. We don't need much more than that to keep things moving along in this part of the city.
