Star Cell Solutons

You can find us at number 4 in Okalipuram. We’ve been running Star Cell Solutons from this spot for a while now. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by the repair desk and shelves for spare parts. Okalipuram is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We spend most of the day looking through magnifying glasses at circuit boards. It can be hard on the eyes after a few hours. The shop floor is a bit uneven, so the chairs sometimes wobble if you aren't careful. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know their way around a mobile phone. Sometimes we run out of a specific part and have to wait for the delivery guy, which can be annoying for us and the customers. We try to keep the shop organized, but with all the old phones and boxes, it’s a bit of a struggle. We don't use any fancy software to track things, just a notebook and some pens. It's a very local way of doing things. People bring in phones that have been dropped in water or have broken buttons. We just see what can be done and tell them straight. No big speeches or promises, just the work at Okalipuram 4. It's a regular job for us and we stay until the sun goes down and then close up for the night.
