Stanley John Placement Consultancy

I run Stanley John Placement Consultancy from an apartment. Specifically, we are at number 7 in the Marve Eu Castle Appartment building. This is in Murugeshpalya. It is a bit different from a regular office because it feels more like a home. I have a desk and some filing cabinets where I keep all the resumes and paperwork. People come by when they are looking for work, and I sit down with them to see what they can do. It’s a quiet way to work, away from the main road noise. Murugeshpalya is a nice enough neighborhood, and being in an apartment means I don't have to deal with the chaos of a shopfront. I spend most of my time on the computer or making phone calls to different companies. It can be a bit stressful when people are desperate for a job and I don't have anything for them right away. I’ve been doing this for several years now at this same address. I don't have any big staff helping me, just myself mostly. It’s a lot of reading through papers and trying to match the right person to the right place. Sometimes the building elevator is broken, and people have to walk up, but they don't seem to mind too much. It’s a small, personal operation and I like it that way. I just try to handle the files and help people out as best as I can every day.
