Standard Steels & Cement

We run Standard Steels & Cement from our yard and office at 6 Madivala in Marol. It’s a practical location for what we do. The area is quite industrial and busy, which fits the kind of materials we handle. It’s not a clean or quiet place. There is usually a bit of dust from the cement bags and the sound of steel being moved around. We have a small office on the site, but we spend a lot of time outside in the yard. It’s a small team of us here. We wear work clothes and don’t worry much about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work gets done. The address is pretty simple to find once you get into Marol. We’ve been at number 6 for quite a while now. We don't have any big mission statements or shiny advertisements. We just provide the materials and keep the records straight. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have several deliveries happening at once. It’s hard work and it gets tiring by the end of the shift, but it’s what we know. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just a local supplier in a gritty part of town, making sure we stay on top of the orders every day. It's a no-nonsense kind of business for real people who need supplies.
