Our office is located in the L&T South City complex, specifically at B4-1207. It’s right on Bannerghata Road in Bangalore, which means we spend a good chunk of our lives thinking about the traffic outside. Being inside a large residential complex like South City gives the office a different feel than a standard commercial building. It’s a bit quieter once you get inside, away from the main road’s noise. We have a decent view from the 12th floor, which helps when things get a bit stressful. The work is mostly about matching up people’s skills with what’s needed. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our emails. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary.
