St John'S Hospital

St John'S Hospital at 86 Arun Residency. It's on Jigani Ringroad. We spend a lot of time here. People come in from Yarandahalli and Hennagara. It gets busy. We see families, workers from nearby factories. The building isn't huge, but we make do. Nurses are always running around. Sometimes the power goes out, but the generator kicks in eventually. We keep the charts organized, or try to. It’s a hospital, so there's always something going on. Someone is always needing a prescription filled or a check-up. The ring road outside is noisy with trucks. We've been at this spot for a while now. It feels like home to most of us. You see the same faces every day. We drink a lot of tea in the break room. It’s just how things are here. Not much to look at from the outside, just a regular place in Bangalore. We handle the paperwork and the patients. It’s hard work, but we like the neighborhood. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon and makes it really hot. We just open the doors and keep going. Anyway, that’s us. We don't have any fancy robots or high-tech screens everywhere, just basic stuff that works. The floors are a bit scuffed from all the walking, but we keep them clean. It’s a place for the folks around Hennagara Post to come when they feel under the weather. We just stay focused on the daily tasks.
