Ssc Vanilla Processing Unit

We are located over at 163, Ramamnadira Road in the Sakrepatna area. Ssc Vanilla Processing Unit is the place where we handle all the vanilla beans. You can usually smell the vanilla before you even see our door. It is a very sweet and heavy scent that seems to stay on your clothes even after you leave for the day. Sakrepatna is a quiet enough place, and we really like it that way for our work. We spend a lot of our time sorting through the beans by hand on the long tables. It is tedious work, but it has to be done carefully. We have a few machines to help us with the processing, but a lot of it is just us looking at the quality of each bean. The building on Ramamnadira Road is an old one. We have had to fix the roof a few times when the rains got too heavy. Inside, it is mostly just work tables and drying racks spread across the floor. We do not have a big sign out front, just the address on the wall. People who need us usually know where to find us. It is a family-run kind of vibe, even if we are not all actually related to each other. We drink a lot of coffee while we work through the stacks of beans. The humidity can be a bit of a problem, so we watch the weather and adjust things as we go.
