Srushti

Srushti is based out of Na118 in the Bel Colony area of Bangalore. It’s a pretty settled neighborhood, and being here feels a lot different than being in the middle of all the city noise and chaos. We’ve got the 560013 pin code here. Our space isn't huge, but it works for what we do every day. We spend a lot of time at our desks just getting through the tasks that pile up. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the tea lady comes late, but that’s just how it goes in a real office. People in Bel Colony mostly know each other, so it feels like a bit of a community. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just Srushti, a place where we show up, do the work, and then head home. The building is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s sturdy enough. We have a few plants near the entrance that we sometimes forget to water. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and someone talking on the phone. We don’t have fancy meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the stuff that needs to be finished by the end of the day. Karnataka weather can be unpredictable, so we always keep an umbrella near the door at Na118. It’s a simple setup for a simple team.
