Srirama Transport

We’ve been running Srirama Transport for a while now from our spot at 475 JP Nagar. It’s right in Piramal Nagar, not too far from the Delmia Circle. Most days start early here because the trucks need to get moving before the traffic gets really bad around the circle. It’s a busy area and sometimes finding parking for the bigger vehicles is a real headache, but we manage somehow. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep the logs and take calls from people needing stuff moved. We handle a lot of local loads. Sometimes it’s just a few boxes and other times it’s a whole house worth of furniture. Our drivers know these roads well. JP Nagar can be tricky with the one-ways and the narrow turns near the residential blocks. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up and old ones getting torn down. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s physical labor, mostly. Loading the items, tying them down so they don't shift, and then unloading at the other end. Usually, there's a lot of sweat involved, especially in the summer months. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or saw one of our trucks parked near Delmia Circle. We try to be fair with the timing, though Bangalore traffic usually has other plans for us. That’s just how it goes for us every day in this business.
