Srinivasa Roadlines

We are located in the Mariyappa Hostel Building, unit J-13, in Chamrajpet. It’s an interesting spot because of the hostel being right there. Srinivasa Roadlines has been operating out of this room for quite some time. Chamrajpet is one of those old parts of the city that still feels like a community. Our office is simple, just some desks and some chairs for when the drivers come in to report. We don't have any big signs or neon lights. The hallways of the building are usually busy with people coming and going. We handle a lot of logistics from this small space. It’s mostly about making phone calls and checking on where the vehicles are. Sometimes the noise from the street is so loud we have to shout to be heard on the phone. We don't really do anything fancy here. It’s just about moving items from one point to another without too much trouble. We drink coffee from the place around the corner and talk about the weather or the road conditions. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes. The building has a lot of history, and we are just a small part of it. We like being in Chamrajpet because everything is close by. It’s a practical location for a roadlines business like ours. There is always some paperwork to catch up on and a truck to track down, so the days go by pretty fast for us here.
