Srinivas Provisional Stores

Srinivas Provisional Stores is located right on the 1st Main in C K Nagar, which is over in the Electronic City area. It’s a basic grocery shop. We have the usual stuff like rice, pulses, oils, and soaps stacked up on the wooden shelves. Every morning starts around six thirty to get the milk packets ready for the early birds. It’s a small space, so things are tucked into every corner. We try to keep track of what’s running out, but sometimes we forget to order something until a customer asks for it. The 1st Main gets quite a bit of foot traffic because of all the people living in the apartments around here. Most of our regulars are neighbors who just need a kilo of sugar or some biscuits for their kids. We don't have those fancy scanners or anything, just a simple counter and a notebook for accounts. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road when they bring the sacks of grain, and the neighbors complain a bit, but that’s just how it is. C K Nagar has grown so fast with all the tech workers moving in. It’s busy, and the shop stays open until late evening most days. It gets tiring standing around all day, but it’s okay. We know most of the people who come in by their names. It’s just a regular life running a store here for the local folks.
