Sri Venkateshwara Steel

Our business, Sri Venkateshwara Steel, is located at 114/C on the 1st Cross of 5th Main Road. We are right opposite the Peenya Metro Station on Tumkur Road. It’s a very convenient location because of the metro. You can see the trains passing by while we work. The shop is mostly just a place to store steel and talk to customers who drop in. Peenya is a big industrial hub, and there is always something happening. We get a lot of noise from the main road and the station, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't a big company with many branches. It's just this one spot where we do everything. The office is just a small corner with a couple of chairs. We spend most of the day out on the floor moving things around. It’s heavy work, so we have to be careful. We have been here since before the metro was finished. Watching the area develop has been interesting. Most of our customers are locals or people working in the nearby factories. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we are in a good spot and we treat people fairly. It’s a basic way to do business, but it has worked for us so far. There is a small park nearby where some workers go, but we usually just stay here by the yard during our break.
