You’ll see us at the H C Papaiah Reddy Building on Begur Main Road. We’re right there in Hongasandra, not too far from the Pratapnagar Road turnoff. The yard is usually full of steel rods, sheets, and all sorts of metal beams. It’s a heavy place, and there’s always the sound of metal clanging against metal when we’re loading up the trucks. We get a lot of builders and contractors coming through looking for specific gauges of steel for their projects. It’s dusty work, and our hands are usually stained from handling the raw materials all day. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we cut things to size and move them out. Sometimes the traffic on Begur Main Road makes deliveries a bit slow, but we deal with it. We’ve got a small desk inside for the bills and the phone, but mostly we’re outside in the thick of it. People know us for having the stock they need when they need it. We don’t do much talking, just get the orders sorted and onto the lorries. It’s been our routine for a long time now. The sun gets hot out in the yard, but the work has to get done regardless of the heat. We just keep the piles organized as best as we can so we don't lose track of the inventory.
