Sri Subramenyeshwara Food Products

Hesargatta Main Road is always full of traffic, and our place at Sri Subramenyeshwara Food Products sits right in the middle of that noise. We spend our days making and packing different types of food items. The air inside usually smells like roasted grains or whatever spices we are using that day. It’s a bit of a tight space with all the bags and the machinery we have set up. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. Instead, you'll mostly see people in aprons moving around and making sure the packets are sealed right. The machines make a constant clinking sound that goes on until we shut down in the evening. Most of the work is manual, like weighing the products and checking the labels. It gets pretty warm in the back where the processing happens, especially during the summer months. We have a small desk near the door where we keep the delivery notes and talk to the guys who come to pick up the crates. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is just part of being on this road. We’ve been doing this for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. We start early, get the production line moving, and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. It’s just a regular workplace where we keep busy with the food products and ignore the chaos of the main road outside.
