Our office is located at 36/4 on Kamnath Road in the Agrahara Dasarahalli area, near Mahindharpura. We do recovery work, which isn't always the easiest job to explain to people at parties. Basically, we help sort out situations where things need to be collected or debts need to be managed. It involves a lot of paperwork and even more time spent talking to people, either on the phone or in person. We have a small office that stays pretty busy throughout the day. It’s not a fancy place, just some desks, filing cabinets, and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while and we know the streets around here well. The work can be a bit tough sometimes because you have to deal with difficult situations, but we just try to be fair and get things settled. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny sign outside. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or through established connections. We just show up every morning and work through the files we have on our desks. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people at their locations, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. It’s a practical job that needs to be done, and we’ve been doing it this way for years without much fuss. We're just local people doing a job that requires a lot of patience and persistence.
