Sri Siddalingeswara Oil Store

We’ve been running the Sri Siddalingeswara Oil Store at No. 3 on 22nd Main for quite some time now. It’s located right at the 17th Cross in Bangalore, and most of our customers are just folks from the surrounding blocks who need their supplies. We don’t have a big fancy shopfront. It is a simple place where we keep the different types of oils and help people get what they need for their kitchens. Dealing with barrels and tins all day is heavy work, and our hands usually end up a bit greasy by lunch, but that is the nature of the business. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is the nice part about being a local store. We aren't part of any big chain; it's just a regular shop where we try to keep the stock ready for when someone walks in. The 560078 area is quite busy, and there’s always something going on outside on the street. We just keep our heads down and focus on the inventory. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather makes things difficult, but we just handle it. People know they can find us here if they need oil for cooking or other things. It’s not a complicated life. We open the shutters in the morning, talk to the neighbors, and close up when the day is done. It is just us.
