We’re set up over at Hunasamaranahalli on the Andheri Kurla Road. The address is 1-313/3, in case you're looking for the exact spot. We do a bit of everything when it comes to phones and talk time. It’s a small place, but we keep it stocked with what people need most. You’ll find recharge cards, some basic accessories, and we help out with minor phone issues too. It’s a lot of talking to people all day. Some days are packed with people needing something fixed or a new SIM card, and other days it’s more relaxed. We have a small counter and a stool behind it. It’s not a fancy showroom. We just try to be helpful. Most people around here know us by now. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know our way around mobile networks and devices. The road outside is always moving, so we see a lot of different people. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and stay close to home. It’s been a good experience so far. We don’t make big promises, we just do what we can. If we can’t fix something, we usually know someone who can. It’s a friendly little shop and we like it that way. We keep a fan going near the door because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. Sometimes we share a tea with the shop owner next door when it’s slow.
