Sri Sai Industries

Sri Sai Industries is located at P-24,c on the Main 4th Cross in the 3rd Stage of Peenya Industrial Estate. Peenya is a huge place, and we are right in the middle of all the manufacturing action. Our shop is where we make various industrial components for other businesses. It’s a dusty place, and there is always the sound of machinery running in the background. We don't have an air-conditioned office; we mostly stay out on the floor where the work is actually happening. We have a small crew of workers who know their way around the equipment and the tools. Most of us have been working in the estate for a long time and know the ropes. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just come in, look at the orders for the day, and start the machines. It’s physical work and your hands usually get dirty within the first hour. That’s just part of the job. Sometimes things don't go according to plan and a machine breaks down, then we spend the whole afternoon fixing it. We don't do much advertising at all. Most people who need what we make already know where to find our shop. We’ve stayed in Peenya because all the resources we need are right here nearby. It’s a tough environment but it’s home for us. We just keep our heads down and get the parts out the door every single day. That is how we have always operated and it seems to work for us.
