Sri Renukamba Stores

We started Sri Renukamba Stores a while back now, right here in Basavanagudi. If you know where the Ganesh Juice Centre is in Mitha Nagar, we are just across the road from there at number 47/1. It is a busy spot but we like it. Most days it is just us behind the counter making sure the shelves have what people need for their kitchens. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work, but we try to keep things moving. We carry the usual things, from soaps to snacks and local grains. It is not a huge place, just a regular shop where we know most of the faces that walk in. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the stock fresh. If something is missing, we try to get it in by the next week. The shop opens early and we stay until fairly late because that's when the neighborhood is most active. It’s hard work, standing all day, but it’s what we do. Basavanagudi is a nice place to be based. The traffic out front can be a bit much sometimes, but having the juice center right there means people are always passing by. We’ve been here long enough that the building feels like a second home. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful when someone asks for a specific brand or item.
