Sri Ram Job Consltancy

Sri Ram Job Consltancy is in JP Nagar Momleder Wadi. We have a small office where we spend our days talking to people who are looking for a new path. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out where someone might fit in. The waiting room only has three chairs so people often end up standing in the hallway during the busy hours. We don't have a fancy computer system to sort everything out so we rely a lot on our memory and a bunch of printed resumes. It can be a bit chaotic when three people show up at once without an appointment but we manage to talk to everyone eventually. My desk is always covered in scraps of paper with phone numbers on them. We don't have a professional receptionist to filter the calls so the phone just rings until one of us can grab it. It is a very simple operation and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just want to help people get a foot in the door somewhere. Sometimes it works out great and sometimes it doesn't but we keep trying regardless. JP Nagar is a busy place and we are just one small part of it. We don't have any grand plans for expansion we just want to keep the office running and help who we can.
