Sri Paying Guest

We have a paying guest accommodation located in Bellandur, specifically near the Manipal Centre. If you know the Shoba Carnation Apartments, we are right around that area. It’s a place where people who work in the nearby tech parks or offices can find a room to stay. We have a few different rooms available and we try to make sure everything is functional for the people living here. Bellandur is a very busy part of town, so being near the apartments makes it a bit more residential and slightly away from the main road noise. The rooms are basic, with the things you need like a bed and some storage space. We get a lot of people who are new to the city and need a place to stay while they get settled. It’s a simple setup without many frills. We manage the day-to-day things like cleaning and making sure the water is working. It’s more about providing a convenient place to sleep and live for a while. We don't have a big management team, just a few of us who look after the building and talk to the guests. Most of the people here are quite busy and just come back in the evenings. It’s a practical spot for someone who needs to be close to the Bellandur area for their job.
