Sri Maruthi Telecom

Sri Maruthi Telecom is located right in T Dasarahalli. It’s not a huge place, just a standard shopfront where we handle everything related to phones and recharges. I started this place because I saw how many people around here needed a reliable spot to get their tech fixed. We do a lot of SIM card registrations and bill payments for the older folks in the neighborhood who don't like using the apps. It’s a lot of talking to people and explaining how things work. The shop is usually full of boxes from the latest shipment of screen protectors or cheap headphones. We have a small repair bench in the back, though most of the time I’m out front talking to customers. T Dasarahalli is a busy place, and we get a lot of foot traffic from people going to and from the bus stop. It gets pretty dusty inside, so I’m always wiping down the glass counters. My nephew comes in after college to help with the data entries and some of the more complicated software issues. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters at ten and stay until the last customer leaves. It’s just a local shop trying to help people stay connected without charging them an arm and a leg. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every day of the week, except Sundays.
