Sri Manjunatha Rice Trader

We are located right at Shivananda Circle, specifically at Warje Malwadi 123. The name painted on the board outside says Sri Manjunatha Rice Trader. We have been around this circle for many years now. It has become a landmark for us and our families. The area gets quite busy during the morning and evening rush hours. We handle a lot of rice at this location. It is heavy work, moving those big bags around all day long. The shop itself is at number 123. It is a very simple space without any frills. We do not have air conditioning or fancy chairs for people to sit in. We just have the rice and the old scales. We open up the shop early and stay until the sun goes down in the evening. People in the Warje Malwadi area know us pretty well. We do not need to do much talking to sell what we have. The business mostly runs on trust and the customers who come back every month. Sri Manjunatha Rice Trader is not a fancy brand name, it is just our local shop. We try to keep things honest and simple for everyone. Some days the heavy rain makes it really hard to move the bags without getting them wet, but we deal with it. Shivananda Circle is always full of life and noise. We like being part of that movement every day. We do not have a big mission statement or anything. We just sell rice to the local community. It is a plain life at number 123.
