Sri Maheshwari Chicken Centre

Our shop, Sri Maheshwari Chicken Centre, is over at 127/B in the Chokhandi area of Rajajinagar. We’ve been here for quite some time now, just doing our thing. It’s a straightforward place where we prep chicken for the local families and the small eateries nearby. The mornings start very early for us because that’s when the fresh stock comes in. There is a lot of cleaning and cutting involved, and it can get pretty tiring after a few hours. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people know us just by being in the neighborhood. Rajajinagar is a nice area, and we like the people who stop by. We try to keep the place tidy, though it’s hard work when you’re busy all day. It’s just a small business and we don't have a huge staff. Usually, it's just a couple of us working the counters. We talk to the customers about their day while we weigh the meat. There isn't much to it besides that. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to make sure the chicken is good and the scales are right. If you’re near Chokhandi, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a humble setup, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine. It keeps our lives simple and focused on the day-to-day work we have to do for everyone here.
