Sri Mahaveer Stores

Our shop is located at No- 619/0/22 on 36th Cross in the 2nd Block of Rajajinagar. We are very close to the ESI Hospital, so a lot of people pass by our door every single day. Sri Mahaveer Stores has been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time. It is a small space, but we pack it full of everything people might need for their daily lives. We open up early in the morning, around the same time the milk is delivered. The shelves are a bit old and have some scratches on them, but they hold everything just fine. We know most of our customers by their names because they live just a few houses down. It is a friendly place where people stop to chat for a minute while they buy their groceries. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just us behind the counter making sure the change is right and the bags don't break. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather is bad, but we just light a candle and keep going. The street outside can get pretty cramped with parked cars, especially during hospital visiting hours. We just try to keep our little corner tidy and help out the folks who come in. It is a simple life of running a retail store, and we are happy to be here in Rajajinagar doing this work.
