Sri Mahalakshmi Transport

Sri Mahalakshmi Transport is situated right at number 73 near Palej Chowkdi. We are right on National Highway Number 8 in the Yelahanka area. Being on the highway is important because of the trucks coming in and out. It’s a noisy spot with all the traffic, but it works for what we do. We deal with moving goods from one place to another. It’s mostly about scheduling drivers and making sure the loads are ready to go. The office is small and usually smells like tea and diesel. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the vehicles are. National Highway 8 is always busy, so we see a lot of action day and night. It isn’t an easy job, especially when there are delays or the weather is bad. We just try to keep the trucks moving. People around here know us as a local transport outfit. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our logs and our keys. Most of the drivers have been with us for a while. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. Sometimes we’re here late waiting for a delivery to arrive. Yelahanka has changed a lot, but the highway stays the same, just more crowded. We just keep doing our thing, one trip at a time, making sure things get delivered. It can be stressful when a truck breaks down in the middle of nowhere, but we just figure it out. We don’t make a big deal of it, we just stay until the job is done.
