Sri Kesaria Telelinks

Down in Anekal, we have Sri Kesaria Telelinks. It’s not a huge place, just a simple shop where we help people with their phones and connections. Anekal is a bit away from the main city rush, which gives it a different vibe. We get a lot of local residents coming in for recharges or to ask about why their phone isn't catching the signal. We’ve been here long enough that most people know us by name. It’s a straightforward business. We have a few glass counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. The shop can get a bit warm in the summer, but we keep the fan going. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just a few of us making sure things run okay. Sometimes the distributors are late with the cards or the new handsets, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s not always perfect, but we try to be honest about it. People around here appreciate that. We see the same farmers and workers every week. It’s a quiet life compared to the city center. We spend our time fixing small issues and selling basic mobile accessories. There’s no pressure here, just the daily work of helping the community stay connected in our own small way. We don't even have a computer for everything, we still use a lot of paper notebooks to keep track of sales and repairs. It's easier.
