Sri Hari Communication

Sri Hari Communication is located in Mohan Estate, which is part of the Basavanagudi area. It’s a nice part of the city to be in. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good number of years. The shop isn't very large, but we've made the most of the space we have. We handle a lot of different things related to phones and talk time. Most of our day is spent helping people who drop by with their devices. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, and other times it takes a bit longer. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a counter, some stools, and a lot of wires and boxes behind the scenes. The estate can be quite lively, with people coming and going all the time. We know a lot of the people who live and work around here. It feels like a small community. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with all the repairs we're doing, but that's just part of the job. We don’t use any special scripts or anything when we talk to folks. We just listen to what they need and see if we can help them out. It’s a basic way to run a business, but it works for us.
