Sri Ganesh Mobile Service

Our shop, Sri Ganesh Mobile Service, sits right on Subramanyapura Main Road in Banashankari 2nd Stage. Specifically we are at 20/8 in the Gangadhar Nagar area. It is a small corner but we have a lot of tools packed in here. Mostly we are hunched over desks looking at tiny circuit boards or trying to find why a speaker stopped working. It is a lot of squinting and using small screwdrivers all day long. The area gets quite a bit of foot traffic since it's a main road. People drop off their phones in the morning and hope to get them back by evening. We have piles of spare parts in plastic bins behind the counter. It might look a bit messy to an outsider but we know exactly where everything is. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, which is just how things are here. We get a mix of people, from older folks who can't get their apps to work to young kids who broke their screens playing games. We just take the phones, write down the problem on a slip of paper, and get to work. It is honest work and it fills the day. We have been at this location for a while now and the neighbors all know us by face. It's just a regular local shop where we try to fix things the best we can.
