We are located over in Madivala, specifically at Door No 15 on the 1st Main Road. If you know the 4th Cross in Aruthinagar, we are right there. The shop is usually a bit loud because of the machines running. We do a lot of engraving work here. There is always dust on the floor no matter how many times we sweep it up. It’s just the nature of the job. Most of the guys here have been doing this for years. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. Just a local shop where we use our hands and the equipment we've had for a long time. People bring in all sorts of items for us to mark. Some days are busier than others. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you might have to wait a minute while someone turns off a machine. We use simple tools and try to be careful with every piece. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have lamps at each station. We keep our coffee mugs on the workbenches. It's a bit cluttered, honestly. There are boxes of finished work waiting to be picked up near the door. We don’t spend much on advertising. Most people just find us because they live in the area or someone told them where we are. It’s a steady kind of life, working with metal and stone all day long.
