Sri Balaji Tele Communications

Our shop, Sri Balaji Tele Communications, is situated at 117 Krishnarajpuram Main Road, right near Kudulu Village. Being on the main road means we get a lot of dust and noise from the buses passing by all day. We mostly deal with mobile phones and all the things that go with them. The front of the shop is lined with glass cabinets showing off the latest budget smartphones we have in stock. Behind the counter, we have shelves full of boxes for headphones, power banks, and those ring lights people like now. The lighting inside is a bit harsh because we use those long tube lights. We have a small area in the back where we do some basic troubleshooting for software issues. Sometimes the floor gets a bit muddy when it rains because people walk straight in from the road. We have an old rug by the door, but it doesn't do much. I usually spend my time talking to people about which data plan is better or trying to peel off old screen guards. My brother helps out in the evenings when the commuters are heading back to Kudulu Village and stop by for accessories. We don't have any fancy marketing; we just rely on the fact that we're in a convenient spot for people on their way home. It’s a straightforward business and we just keep things moving every day until it is time to close.
