Sri Balaji Placement Services

We are located on the second floor of a building in Madivala Main Market. If you find the Deccan Driving School or the police station, you are pretty much there. It’s a busy part of town, always crowded with people and vehicles. We run a placement service here. That means we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people who need jobs. It’s a lot of sitting and listening. We aren't a big HR firm with fancy software. We just have our folders and our contacts. Sometimes we can find a match quickly, and other times it takes a lot of phone calls. The office is small and can get a bit hot in the afternoons. We try to help local workers find something that fits. It’s a lot of back and forth between companies and candidates. We don't make any grand promises about "careers." We just try to get people into roles where they can earn a living. The market outside is loud, so we usually keep the windows shut. People walk in all day asking if there’s anything new on the list. We keep the registers updated as best as we can. It’s a simple business of connecting one person to another. It’s not always easy, and sometimes people are disappointed, but we keep at it. If you need to find us, just head to the market and look for the sign near the stairs. We're here most mornings.
