You can find our office at 7 New Tharagpet. This part of town is always buzzing with lorries and traders, and we’ve been part of that scene for quite a while. We mainly act as a link between the people who have goods and the drivers who can move them. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down details in big ledgers. The air in New Tharagpet is usually thick with the smell of spices and grains from the market nearby. Our office is right in the middle of it all, which is handy because most of our business happens right on the street. We don't have any fancy software to manage things, just our experience and a good memory for who is going where. It gets very crowded when the big lorries try to navigate the narrow lanes, but that’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the loads get assigned and the lorries leave on time. It’s a tough business with small margins, but it’s what we’ve always done. We know most of the drivers by name and we know which ones are reliable. If you come by, you’ll likely find us sitting out front or busy with the paperwork in the back room. It’s loud and busy, but we like the pace of it.
