Sreemovasa Steel & Cement Traders

At 2 B S K 2nd Stage on the Link Road, we handle our daily trading of steel and cement. It's physically demanding work, and there is usually a thin layer of grey dust on everything from the cement bags. We have to wear heavy boots just to move around the storage yard safely. The Link Road is always busy with large trucks coming and going, which is actually good for our trade. We spend most of our time outside in the yard supervising the loading and unloading of heavy materials. It's not the kind of job where you can expect to stay clean or sit in a comfortable office. We have a small cabin for keeping our receipts and taking a quick break, but most of the work happens outside where the stock is kept. The steel rods are stacked in one area, and we keep the cement under a tin roof so it stays dry when the weather turns bad. I started this business with a partner a few years ago because there was so much new construction happening in the B S K area. We are not interested in being a big corporation; we just want to provide the materials that people need for their building projects. It is honest, hard work that keeps us busy, and we usually go home quite tired every single night after the last truck leaves the yard.
