Sreelatha Santhosh

This is Sreelatha Santhosh. I’m based out of Velavan House, which is located in Nandeeshwara Layout over in G.B Palaya. My workspace is on the second floor of House 3. It's a decent area, quite tucked away in Sriram Nagar, which makes it a good place to focus on work without too much noise from the main roads. I’ve been in Bangalore for quite some time, and setting this up here felt like the right move. I don't have a big team or a flashy lobby. It’s just a straightforward setup where I can handle my responsibilities. Most of the time, I’m busy with paperwork or taking calls from people in the neighborhood. I think staying local is important, so I try to keep things simple and honest. Sometimes the traffic in Bangalore makes getting around a bit of a headache, so having everything I need right here on the second floor is a blessing. I’m not into those long speeches about vision or excellence. I just want to do the work properly and make sure everything is sorted by the end of the day. If someone stops by, they’ll usually find me at my desk near the window. It’s a bit cluttered with notebooks and pens, but I know where everything is. Living and working in the same general area helps me stay connected to the community here. It’s just a normal business run by a normal person.
