We are located on 13th Main Road in Anna Nagar, which is a pretty busy part of Chennai. Our building is at 150/1241, and it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number. The traffic on the main road is almost constant, especially during the morning rush. Inside, we have a lot of space for our packing and sorting. The light comes in through the big windows in the front, which is nice during the morning, but we have to pull the curtains by noon because it gets way too bright. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure things are ready to go out. There are always rolls of tape and piles of cardboard lying around. It’s not exactly tidy, but we know where everything is. The staff usually gathers around the back table for lunch, and there’s always someone sharing whatever they brought from home. We don’t really go in for formal meetings or anything like that. We just talk about what needs to be done while we work. It’s a straightforward environment. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the crows outside. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but our routine stays pretty much the same every day of the week.
