We are located right next to the government school in Indira Nagar. You can hear the kids playing during the day, which makes the area feel quite lively. This PG is a family-run kind of thing. We have a couple of floors with rooms for rent. Most of the people staying here are either studying nearby or working in the local shops and offices. We try to keep things quiet in the evenings so everyone can rest and get ready for the next day. The rooms aren't huge, but they have enough space for a person's belongings and a suitcase. We cook the food in the big kitchen on the ground floor. It’s usually rice, sambar, and maybe some vegetables or curd. Nothing too fancy, but it fills the stomach. I spend most of my day cleaning the common areas or talking to the tenants about any problems they might have with their rooms. The paint is peeling a little bit in the hallways, but we are planning to fix that when we get some free time and extra money. We have a small parking area for scooters out front, though it gets a bit tight if everyone is home at once. It feels like a normal home where people just happen to be renting rooms together. We've been doing this for a few years now and know most of the neighbors on this street. It’s a decent place to stay if you need to be in Indira Nagar.
