If you go down 80 Feet Road in Koramangala 4th Block, you’ll find us at number 774. Sree Nidhi Stores is a small neighborhood shop where we sell all the daily essentials people need. Koramangala has changed a lot over the years, becoming very trendy, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We have shelves filled with biscuits, soaps, snacks, and basic groceries. The 80 Feet Road is always busy with cars and bikes, so there’s a constant hum of traffic outside our door. Most of our customers are people living in the nearby blocks who just need to pick up something they forgot during their big shopping trip. We are located near the 7th Min area, and we have a few milk crates stacked outside and a small rack for newspapers in the morning. The space inside is quite tight, so we have to be careful when we are restocking the shelves so we don't trip over anything. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who take turns sitting at the counter. It gets quite busy in the evenings when people are coming back from work and stop for a quick purchase. Sometimes we just chat with the regulars about the weather or the local news. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a practical store for the local community. We keep the shop open until late because that’s when most people realized they ran out of something at home. It gets a bit tiring standing all day but that’s the job.
