Our place is down at 305/306 New Tharagpet on SP Road. We are quite close to the Minto Ophthalmic Hospital, which is usually the landmark we give people when they are trying to find the office. Being in the transport business means things are always moving, literally. There are lorries coming and going, and the phone never really stops ringing with people asking about their loads. It is a bit dusty and loud around here because of all the heavy vehicles, but that is just the nature of SP Road. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure the logs are kept up to date. It is not a desk job where you sit quietly; there is always someone coming in with a delivery note or a question about a route. We have been handling goods for a long time now. We know which roads are closed for repairs and which ones are better for the big trucks. It is a lot of manual work and checking things twice so nothing gets lost or sent to the wrong city. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are not a big corporation with fancy uniforms.
