Sree Ganesh Mobile Center

Our shop, Sree Ganesh Mobile Center, is up on the 2nd floor on Old Market Road 20, right in the Banashankari 2nd Stage area. Being on the second floor means people have to walk up the stairs, but they still find us when their phones break. It’s usually pretty loud outside with all the market noise coming up from the street. We spend most of our time at the back bench with screwdrivers and small parts. Screens are the main thing we fix because people drop their phones all the time. Sometimes it’s a battery that won’t charge or a button that stopped clicking. The shop is a bit cramped with boxes and old spare parts lying around in the corners. We’ve been at this Banashankari location for a few years now. It isn't a polished showroom or anything like that. It's just a place where work gets done. We have a few stools for customers to sit on while they wait, but most people just leave their devices and come back after an hour or two. The light in here could be better, but we have our desk lamps for the tricky repairs. We just deal with whatever phone comes through the door. Some are easy fixes and some take all afternoon. We just take it as it comes and try to get things back to the owners. Sometimes we run out of specific parts and have to ask people to come back next week. It's a busy life.
