Our place is out in the Yeshwanthpur Industrial Suburb, right there on the Ring Road. If you’re looking for us, we’re the one opposite the Foreman Training Institute. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks and industrial noise, which I guess fits what we do at Spraying Systems (India ) Pvt.Ltd. The office and the warehouse area are pretty much one big space where you can always hear something being tested or moved around. We’ve been at 42-A for a while now, and the walls are covered in diagrams and schedules that keep us on track. It’s not exactly a quiet office job; there is always some dust from the road and the smell of machinery in the air. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and a few newer faces. We spend a lot of time talking about technical specs and making sure the equipment is behaving like it should. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if the Ring Road is backed up, but we’ve all gotten used to the commute by now. Lunch usually happens at the small desks or sometimes we head out to the local spots nearby if we have the time. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture because we spend most of our time in the back working. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going.
